Landscape Design & Styling
A pied-à-terre close to the historic Santa Barbara Mission called for high-quality, custom finishes in stone, wrought iron, and tile to make this Spanish gem shine. A custom Juliet balcony, Spanish tile, terracotta planters and custom furniture were included in the landscape design. The creation of a new hedged courtyard and patio maximized outdoor living space and privacy. With an eye toward color and bloom, the garden feels happy, lush and bright with minimal maintenance and water requirements.
